For the vintage car crowd...
« on: April 14, 2021, 07:39:40 AM »
Seen yesterday morning at the local body shop...Getting a new grill, obviously...
They said the owner of this car is in his 90's ...1935-1945?...Chevy?...Cadillac?...Other?

Look at the hood ornament for another clue...I am sure someone here knows what make / model this is.  Cool beans!

I am pretty sure that that is a 1940 Chevy Special Deluxe.

Great car!

And while it looks mostly original still, it reminded me at once of Australia's 'Chopped' Road & Custom.

Mostly Hod Rods, but the odd bike is featured too.

Cheers,

I like how it's done, mild and classy.

Thats a stunner right there!! When it comes to old stuff I tend to like the FoMoCo stuff best, but the lines of the early 40's GM's were amazing!!
