Well the engine says Ariel, so you know who built that. The hand written note says Flat tracker, but I have never seen a flat tracker with ape hangers, so makes the note questionable.
probably worth something to an Ariel guy, but to me it looks like a very incomplete project, with an engine that you probably won't find parts for.
Interesting to look at, but not much more than that...
Those old big single British engines do sound very cool, however... Loved my ol 441... one i regret selling to this day...
