I'll agree a vintage Guzzi requires less maintenance than an old Brit lump...But....I rode a 650 Triumph years ago as a daily rider 9 months a year for 5 years and a monthly check over seemed adequate.... The Modified Triumph I have for sale is reliable because because all the trouble spots have been corrected... But it's still a Triumph....Amazing that many consider Triumphs to br fragile old turds but they do tolerate abuse well enough and more than a few have travelled the worst conditions that would challenge a modern dual sport..
