     Like many others, I've had the undiagnosed sinus congestion/polyp issue for x? years; From the specialist I spoke to it's a chicken/egg problem that can be hard to identify and solve. What I do know with certainty, is that the meds they give you to clear it up, are hard core, so I never take them.

     I only tried this little 10 second move once, and I could immediately notice a difference.

     I'll be incorporating it into my daily routine of a variety of stretches/cracks that I need to keep limber and pain free.

Bad allergies to Ragweed and Juniper pollen this time of year...and yes, it includes congestion / clogged sinus, itchy, watery eyes, and SNEEZING! 

One Zyrtec tablet at night helps...but it makes me drowsy....(*** SIGH ***)
