Working with Zach @ Gustafsson Plastics of St. Augustine, FL

Here's the first prototype.  Minimum possible size made to fit OEM (large-9 inch spacing) mounting hardware.

This screen creates a nice dead air space for the torso.  There is some buffetting in the head area but very nice for a sport shield.

I am going to make a second version with a little more hieght and flaired (reverse curved) at the top...will report back with result.

BTW...mines a California Touring but these guys can make custom sizes for whatever you need.

They look pretty good—how much is the cost for a custom windshield? Significantly more than a mass manufactured?

This screen has 3 inches added over original and flaired.  Excellent wind control without buffetting.
I'm 5' 10" and forward facing view is at my eye level.
