Having relatives in the business with dealerships currently existing and gone now, the video provides a birdseye view of why our favorite dealer is no longer with us. In my youth my father was a regional manager/representative for a couple now defunct snowmobile manufactures, and graduated to farm equipment which provided a good income to support our family. When I went into practice one of his rules for success was never try to sell someone more than they want or need. His experience as a middle man between loyal,happy,succesful dealers and manufactures with agendas pushing floor plans of unwanted products resulting in pissed off failing dealerships is explained in this video. I now better understand how the stress of his negotiating this minefield for 40 + years led to his early demise.
