Did these idle at a very low RPM? It sounds like its on 8 or 10 "pops" per second leading to ~480-600rpm

Videos can be deceiving though

Here's my 1932 Sport 15 which is down for some maintenance right now. I do have some spare parts for the 13 or 14 if anybody knows someone that has one.
