Well thats a strange one.. Strange looking seat on that too. Im really suprised they would use the Goldwing name also, being that they have always just used it for there flagship model.

They had the Silver wing so maybe the Copper Wing? Or Zinc? But not Gold.

The Honda PCX is a great small displacement touring scooter though. A few PCXs (150s) just completed the coast-to-coast 2023 Scooter Cannonball ride across the USA which is intentionally limited to engine displacement less than 280cc, otherwise you'd be much more comfortable on a used Honda Silver Wing 600 scooter that cruises 80 mph without issue and is 100+ mph capable.

I owned a comparable BMW C650GT for about a year and could never get my head around it. It didn’t do anything better than a full-sized motorcycle and seemed just as heavy (600 lbs+). I had a heck of a time trying to sell it and took a financial bath once I did.

My buddy had a Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive for awhile.  He liked it every time he rode it, but wound up selling to a friend whose wife's wanted it.  Cool bike!
