I've ridden that road a couple of times coming home from the Broken Arrow. My cardiologist has ridden it up from the bottom. He has it marked out on a map in his examination room. It is a great ride from Clarkson to Enterprise. There is a cafe at the bottom, they have cabins in the back that can be rented at a reasonable price.

After he purchased the TT, we discussed it at breakfast in Tulsa.  At the time there wasn't a sidecar kit.  Actually, that was the last time I saw him.
