fuel line clamp identification

I need help identifying the hose clamps pictured and recommendation for the tool needed to work with the clamps. Thanks in advance for any shared wisdom!

They look like Oeticker clamps:

If they are, there’s a tool used for installation that can also be used to cut it at the ear, but I’ve used end wire cutting pliers before, as well as a small flat head.

Negative. Easy to install though if you have the tool! Prettier than worm drives, too, IMO

Dirk is 100% right. 

Personally, I stay away from Oetiker clamps on fuel lines for bikes with carbs simply because I want to be able to remove the fuel line easily in case of a problem and the bike is not in my shop at the time.

I stick with the spring type clamps made from either wire or flat metal.

I’ve been using the “gates”type clamps 4 years , no issues .
