I would contact Moto Guzzi Classics in Signal Hill, CA.  He was making customs from touring models. Many parts.
Should be same as Cal EV of that year & newer. There was also leather bags & racks that are different. Hard bags don't fit leather mounts.

If you search for the Special Sports ('02) and think you can find them:

If it's the same as an EV, I have a brand new in the box set of Hepco Becker 40 liter bags including the mounting racks. They would be $$$$ to ship as it's a very large box. I also have a plexi faring that came off my 99 Bassa.
Won't be home for a couple days to get photos.

Hepco Becker has been the go-to brand for Moto Guzzi luggage.  Moto Machines is the distributor.

Having owned a 2002 stone with H&B hard bag, and quite a few C-bow setups..Just bought C-bow brackets  for my Aprilia Touno. made my own hard bags..Picked up some USA made  bags($99) for my W-800 I am thrilled with a cheaper USA built option (Chase Harper)

I do not believe C-bow mounts are currently available for the 1100 Californias.

I built those too for my Stornello.. Main thing is the Chase Harper bags are a good low cost option. I like Moto Machines, and always had the orders correct.. This are bit larger size and would work well..Nice that it's USA made too..

Special/Bassa/Aluminum/Titanium are not the same racks as EV

This.

The EV racks were different from Special/Aluminum/Titanium racks which were different from Jackal/Stone racks due to the different fender/bling combinations used on each.

They all accepted the HB Junior bags in 30L or 40L size.

The first 3 years or so of EV production used the old style rear fender, same as Jackal/Stone. At some point around 2002 maybe they switched all EV to the much more eligiant Bassa style rear fender.   I would think the latter generation fender mounts would be the same,  but I’m not sure.

Ok, I bit the bullet and bought the Hepco and Becker mounts and bags.  Rear rack and top case as well.  So now the issue is there are no instructions !!  I can see where they attach but in what order?  and any pitfalls in installing either?  there are a multitude of bolts and spacers in the hardware kit but nothing to show what goes where.

Any assistance would be appreciated.  I've already searched youtube to no avail and google was of no help either.
