New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
If it is a large bike it is a 1100,a small Breva is a 750.What does the title say?
Well, ya learn something every day. Never knew they made an 850.I guess they put the Bellagio engine in it.
Hello all,Introduced myself in the topic for that, so I'll start asking questions.I did search the forum but did not find any information regarding my friends Breva 850.On dash start up, his dash shows Breva 1100 on the display while clearly beeing a 850.Our question is, what could be the reason? Was the dashboard changed at some point, and fitted a 1100? Everything works normally so far, so we're hopping its trivial.Other weird thing is she is filled with oil over the MAX on the dipstick, planned service next week but still surprised about the overfill?! I've read all over that Guzzis don't like to be on the MAX line.Thank you all in advance, and if I didn't post in correct category please excuse me, or move the topic.Regards
Thanks all,Our assumption is the same, that the dash was changed at some point in life. One less thing to worry about :)Just changed all the fluids, filters, sparkplugs etc. She's a good runner! The gearbox is silky smooth to my brand new V7 850 which has not been run-in yet
Is the mileage questionable, considering that 99% the dash has been changed. Is it stored on the dash itself or the ECU?
Oh yes, it is a Guzzi - the 1200 Sport dash, which appears to be identical except for the colour of the face and the fonts used, did not work on my bike - the pin outs are different and it wouldn't operate the indicators!
