Guzzi Rally Ride with my son

I write a regular monthly column on the home page of the ADVRider forum.

This month's offering is about riding with my eldest son. Not surprisingly, there is Guzzi content.

Some of the most fun I ever had and best memories were riding down with my daughter on the back of my California Stone to the Indiana Campout. A great group that welcomed us at a great park. Thanks again Andy and all. We'd hit all the caves on Saturday and ride along the Ohio. One of the worst was her locking up the Buell and wiping out after I made a decision to turn. A little duck tape to hold the Givi shield together and we finished the ride to the Illinois rally and spent the weekend.
The rides with her on the back to Rockerbox was an annual event until they moved it out of Milwaukee. Fun day but tough traffic from south of Chicago.

Both of my sons have ridden to many rallies with me.On our eastern Canada tour I had my youngest go ahead to clear us thru customs,a very clean cut polite young man,not really my profile.
