Le Mans Mark V
« on: February 13, 2025, 08:15:35 AM »
There is another Mark V Le Mans for sale on that trailer auction site. This one is listed as a 1990. Are thes as rare as the 1991 versions, of which there were just 17 imported?

Anyone know if they are identical spec wise, as the 1991 versions? The 1990 is red with red frame.

Nothing different from 90 to 91.  That red one is nice & low mileage. It does have broke fairing bracket it says.

Thanks Steve, I hadn’t noticed that.
Possibly this came from GT Motors?

I guess I'm not the only one to page through until you see what just got listed. I don't search cause it's interesting to see what stuff goes for. Like the Indian four.

This BAT Lemans has the dash that turns with the handlebars, same set up used since the lemans III. (the VIN tag gives a date of 7/1989 )

The 1991 LeMans CI (Carena Integrale) has a dash that's mounted to the fairing sub frame. see below.

Any LeMans 1000 is pretty rare. This one is really nice.

I think the BAT bike was on Facebook, the bike was missing it's sidepanels and bought a NOS set from Harpers. Other than some missing peices, that bike looked good when the seller started out.
