Upper Mount Timing Cover
« on: April 20, 2025, 02:00:28 PM »
Thinking about starting a cafe bike build.
Nothing crazy just light and fun.

Looking for this specific timing cover.
What year/model is this timing cover for?
Has the upper frame mounts.

I believe it's from a Spine frame like a Sport or the like. The round fins on the engine have me wondering??

The pic is a custom bike. So the timing cover is not necessarily OEM for the round fin.

I looked at some sport images and they do have the upper mount.
So the question now would be if the cover in the above image is indeed a sport cover that will fit a round head block.

That timing cover was first used on the Sport 1100, then the 1100 Sport, and the V11 Sport variants (Cafe', Ballabio, etc.). Since Guzzi simply revised the mold from the V1000 I-Convert to make it, it will fit on round-fin engines.

Excellent, thank you.
