OSRAM LEDriving HL EASY for Norge

Anyone ever try the OSRAM LEDriving HL EASY H3's for their Norge?
Seems like a 1:1 direct fit with integral cooling for the LED's and isn't priced too high like the GTR Mini Led's

For Europe its non-certified for the roads so you guys won't be able to use it but we can in Asia.
