Beyond Riders gear
« on: August 15, 2025, 10:59:32 AM »
Does anyone have any experience with Beyond Riders gear? Looks like it is well made and thought out. They don't have a lot of details on their web site about armor/abrasion resistance except to say it is CE certified. Has anyone taken a spill wearing their gear and how did it do?

I've had two name-brand flannel riding shirts.  One was a Xmas gift, one I bought myself.  On both, a snap pulled loose within just a few weeks of use.  While snaps in flannel may hold up on a shirt that is worn occasionally, the material is too thin and not strong enough at 60 mph for snaps to hold up on a ride.  Won't be wasting my money on any more flannel riding shirts.
