Turning southbound, one street east from Hwy. 101, red valve covers, wrapped pipes, and the pilot wearing a half helmet. I had just enough time to roll down the window and give a thumbs-up.

That's the combustion chamber of the turbo shaft. It is supposed to be on fire. You just don't usually see it but the case and fairing fell off.
