kev,Yes I am, and I am very grateful for many blessings. The mirrors are simply amazing, and enhance safety and enjoyment. Triumph blew the mirrors!Did maintenance on Cannondale: what a professional bike shop! They fixed a problem caused by bike being blown down by 40 mph wind gust and I had wrong polarity on kick stand. Free of charge, while I waited and while busy. Can't beat that! Did a ride against strong winds: huge work out and so I will sleep well tonight. What else: sat on a BMW F 800 GT at dealer today while picking up license plate for Trumpet. Impressive bike. My goal and plan: in about a year, when I retire, add a mid-range, lightweight, fun touring bike with full bags and such. BMW geometry fit me very well. I promise to test ride a Stelvio though. Not sure about other potentials. Maybe a Scout? I thought about, researched and pondered the 675 Triple for years, and will do same with a touring bike. Whew...tired out. Had a very fun ride on the Triumph, but very high winds....it is a spectacular machine. So is the Guzzi...just different. Been pushing the small block very close to the rev limiter: between 6000 and 7000 rpm the little engine has a bit of punch...evil grin. Dusty, glad you can smile.
I love those CRG Arrows. Put them on the MV! They've got such a full view compared to DOT compliant stockers!Nice bikes ya' got there. And the bike naming is spot-on. I've got a Ginger, Mary Anne, and a Jeannie. 70's TV warped my young mind. I'm guessing the Honda PC800 would have to be Mrs. Howell! :D
