This video, uploaded today by New York's Gotham Sound, is about how the sound is recorded for Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KPq_na4Sb6sThe first ~30 minutes is a discussion with Giovanni Lima, the gentleman in charge of recording the sound, and the last ~30 minutes involves Lima answering questions from other sound professionals.
This video is of significant interest to people who record sound in relation to motorcycles, but it does assume (not surprising, given that Gotham caters to professionals) a pretty good grasp of recording techniques and gear. Helpfully, there are links in the description to all of the gear referred to in the video.
Watched this today and then looked again at some of the episodes. They sure are making liberal use of GoPro cameras. Also, fun to keep an eye on the vehicles behind and in front of Seinfeld's car :)
