Yes. It is the same one that is standard on the Touring

Could you post a picture or send it to me of the bike from the rear with the bags. I'm trying to decide what bags to put on the custom I'm getting ready to pick up next week. Also what bags are those?

4 bolts each side to remove bags from mounts, but then mounts are a few more bolts, nothing onerous. Some interaction between a cross member and the tag mount IIRC, but nothing a shade tree mechanic can't handle. biggest issue, getting a 13mm open end on the nut that holds the forward end of the mount to the inside of the peg hanger bracket.
