need fork parts

Need a few fork parts for a convert (or T, T-3, G5, SP, CX, Lemans II or III, Cali II).

a whole bent front end is ok too.

I need 2 of the following, #'s 26, 27 and 28 from the diagram below
These are :
the extension for the damping rod
the spring retention flange
the spring assembly centering and locating cup

Land Speed Records w/Guzzzi:
SCTA M-PG 1000 141.6 MPH
LTA M-PF 1000 137.3 MPH
ECTA M-PG 1000 118.6 MPH

Just last month I tossed a set of tubes with hopelessly stuck caps,
