Handlebar risers for Nevada

Can anyone point me towards handlebar risers that will fit the Nevada.  After riding for a couple hours I start getting lower back pains.  I couldn't find anyone who makes a back rest for the Nevada, so I had one custom made and it helps, but I still think that raising the bars just a bit would be helpful.
