Convert
I'm dealing with this issue for my wife riding a Convert. I've loosened the clutch lever but her left hand is so weak even that is not comfortable. Issue on the `77 Convert. is you have to squeeze the clutch lever to find neutral to start the motor, + hold the choke lever, + hit the starter button all at the same time. Don't remember my `80 Convert. being like this. Maybe I can bypass the neutral light requirement at a switch?
Disconnect the wires at the switch in the clutch cable and connect them together. Might need to do the same with sidestand switch circuit as well if that's still hooked up. Choke lever should stay in the on position by itself, may not even be needed especially in AZ. Just give it two twists of the throttle instead. Don't forget to hold the (foot) brake if you don't use the clutch. ;-)
There are some excellent auto shifting bikes out there. At some point it isn't always about what you're riding, its that you are riding.
OK , try this . Rekluse automatic clutch . Dusty
Yep the dealer near me has at least two '13 Mana GT holdovers with that someone could steal. Automatic, side cases, and ABS...
