Cali 1400 Touring SE in USA?

I don't know if this is a modification on the H pipe, but the crossover on my Eldo 1400 has a piece of metal that is a bridge between the sections. (A little piece welded from one tube to another.) Since I don't recall seeing this in pics of the cracked pipes, I would suppose this is a measure they have taken to prevent that from happening. Time will of course tell, but with 4K on the bike right now, so far so good.

my guess is there are probably a few leftover Customs and Touring models.  I would imagine that once the supply is down, Guzzi will replenish those bikes perhaps with with evolutionary updates.

Tough to bring in a new expensive high-trim variant when there are still examples of the Custom and Touring available at heavily discounted prices.
