Yup, been on for a week, didn't notice when returning after 1st spin of the year. Bike was in locked position!

Turned bike to 'ON' and then shut off and put to 'LOCKED' lights shut off.

Not liking the idea of having electrical problems on a bike with less than 300 miles.

You sure it wasn't on the parking lights position?

Is it shutting off now?

Where the heck is that switch, I switched every dang switch on the bike and they wouldn't turn off?

Hey it's Italian and they don't use switches in a normal fashion.  :boozing:

Light are off now and battery tender is on, high today was dang cold.

She ain't going nowhere for awhile.

The bolded text could be part of it all. It will pass.

lol - didn't know it has parking lights?

Anyways, a couple more rides and it's going in the shop for the 600 mile service, they can sort it out!  :boozing:

Just back it off one key position and you're good to go.

It won't hurt anything to change the oil early and often, but the first service, per the manual, is actually at 1,500 km, or about 930 miles. A wrench icon will appear on the dash and help to remind you when it is time.

Oh, thought the manual said 1,000km for the 1st service?

I'm finding 1,000km and 1,500km?

Which is it?

According to the manual, at page 207, the first service is at "mi x 1.000 (km x 1000), 0.9 (1.5)." I could be wrong, but I read that to mean 9xx miles or 1,500 km.

My first service on my Vespa GTS 300 was 620 miles or 1,000 km. At first, before I looked again at the manual, I thought my Norge's first service would be at the same mileage as my Vespa...

Yup, what Kevin said.  All the way counter clockwise.
Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.
