I had a telephone conversation with Seller of this bike, and yes, he's done alot of work on it. But, from what I gleened from our conversation, it appears that all those improvements were done 7 or 8 years ago, at which time Seller drained the fuel from bike, and put it up on a lift, where it has stayed ever since. I asked if I could get a test drive or at least start the engine, but I got the distinct impression that Seller planned on selling bike without doing any of that. Seller also told me he's positive his bike has chrome cylinders. So, still searching for a  T/T3 or other Tonti-framed bike  Hope this info helps.

I fail to understand how one can sell a bike like that and not be willing to start it other than he is fearful of trying. Maybe he knows about the chrome cylinders. $4600 for a bike that does not run is essentially what he is selling. Looks good on the outside but the innards..... maybe not so much?

No idea, Harvey.  An if it was deliberate, more power to him.  I just think it looks odd when I see them that way.

nonsense... it's a non running bike thus he is asking way too much.
