Kansas Motorcycle Museum Opens Next Weekend

Twisted Oz Motorcycle Museum in Augusta KS opens next Friday.  I was notified that there's a local ride leaving from Okla City next Saturday.  If anyone is interested they are leaving from Pop's (Rt 66) at 7 AM.  The route is Rt 66 East and Hwy 177 North.

If anyone is riding, don't forget about the Mexican Restaurant at the Ponca City Airport.

I on the fence about going but could go along if anyone on the board is interested.

Perhaps there are folks on the board that can add some info regarding the museum?  Or perhaps we can do a ride there in conjunction with Cedar Vale NAR?

Good for Kelly.  I stopped in last fall to meet him but he was out that afternoon.  Two of his Cannonball cycles were on display along with sone other rare cycles in his rental company's showroom.

perhaps a Friday ride to the museum (if they're open) and then Woolaroc on Saturday?  Dunno, just passing it along.

There are some fine out of the way blacktop routes from Cedar Vale to Augusta. Not much further north is a small glider field. If the weather looks promising I could see about rides if anyone is interested.

I was thinking about it John, but 3 hours into Arkansas sounds like more fun than three hours into Kansas. Might have to wait until the cedar vale trip.

Going to head south for a checkout ride after the HB bag install. And also sweat the oil filter installation since I only hand tightened it and did NOT put a hose clamp on the sucker.

it's a good rally until the Guzzis show up.  But Rudy will keep it all straight.

You HAD?  I was thinking I'd room with you.  What happened?
