I dunno, Canada seems to be going into the dumpster....., I mean:

1)  The police actually respond to a call about people in an abandoned bldg.
2)  They put resources to work for the public good
3)  Uninvolved citizens take action to help the police
4)  NO ONE was standing with in the way with a cell phone camera
