prolly selling my eldo 1972 california
« on: April 14, 2016, 12:50:14 AM »
Hi all,

Well, my mother is dying. I want to fly home to see her before she passes, prolly leaving Germany on the 20th April.

I ain't got no money, so will prolly need to sell my 1972 Eldo California when I am there. It is complete but will need a total restoration now, I'm sure.

Anyone in the Phoenix area who is interestedd in a Eldo California can write to me at azguzzirep @live . com and I'll post a phone number of the house I will be at.

Sorry, I do not have any pics right now. Hopefully I WON,T have to sell it, but I'd like to find an interested party in case I do, while I'm there.

I'll keep you all posted on events.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi all.

Sorry, no Guzzi context.

I flew to Phoenix on Sunday however I was late as my 88 year old mother passed Friday night / Saturday morning. Didn't get to see her. Many family members were with her as she passed ,painlessly and comfortably into her Glory.

It's not all bad. My younger sister's birthday is today and mine is next week  but the others threw us a party last night! I wanted to do a b'day party while I was here but this was a surprise! Cake and root beer floats! Mmmm!

also the weather is fantastic. Sunny and warm. One brother will loan me a convertible to use. Wee!

So, except for the funeral later this week I should be enjoying my visit here.

Guzzi content. Hey Phoenix Guzzi club. Are we going to do a breakfast next Sunday??

I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. It's never easy to lose a loved one.
I'd much rather ask for forgiveness than ask for permission.

Thank  you all for your condolences. I appreciate it greatly.

I thought I might have to sell it to pay off the credit card got the  flight to AZ. Might get the money from family though.

Tell you what, Tom, if your Phoenix area Guzzisti have a gathering down your way I will make it to join you even tho we are at least 150 miles apart.  Since you live in Germany now this might be my last time to see you for who knows how long.  PM me if something comes together or we can have our own get together.

Condolences to you and your family for the passing of your mom.  Hope everything works out well for you.

I think I still have the "welcome to the club" card you sent me when I became the LA rep way back when.
