Breva 1100 Clutch/Brake Levers
« on: April 22, 2016, 03:43:09 AM »
Well I dropped the bike last night resulting in the need for a new indicator lens and a clutch lever

However having ridden the bike the long way home with the end snapped off the clutch lever I seem to quite like short levers.

Are there any advantages/disadvantages  of short levers over long 'uns?

Cheers

Tris

PS the good thing that came out of the incident is that I know I can pick my B11 up on my own ..... which is nice but not something I intend to repeat!!

I broke one on the Norge once and found that a Yamaha Super Tenere one fits perfectly and is 20% the cost. Also it's much shorter than the original but where your fingers rest on the lever is the same, you just don't have as much outside your fingers so there's no difference in feel IMO.
