Delighted that Vale won by a mile but more importantly, Was I the only one to realize that Spain has the best looking Umbrella Girls?

No, no you are not the only one in regards to the Umbrella Girls.  I was looking at them more so than the riders on the grid, love me some dark haired Spanish beauties.

I found the race boring since Rossi pulled a Lorenzo and led from the beginning to the end.  Far as the umbrella girls, didn't get to watch them long enough to come to any conclusions if they were anything special.  I give this race an overall 'meh'.  :blank:

The race to watch was the Moto3.   Brad Binder winning the race from the last starting position on the grid?  How crazy is that?

Is Yamaha giving Jorge a dog bike since he signed with Ducati?

More importantly, did Rossi have "special tires"?

I have the MotoGP online pass so could watch the pre-race coverage where they showed all the riders on the grid and their associated umbrella girls.  I give the race a meh as well but I prefer to watch Rossi as opposed to Lorenzo so was glad it was him out front.  I'm trying to get back to liking Marquez but him finishing 3rd then riding around with his #93 flag seems a bit much for me, I guess it was because the race was in Spain (not that there is a lack of races there, 4 last year).

Hmmmm.............. .Michelin has a long history of doing that in their past and many of the racers complained of their tires not getting good traction in the race.  You may be on to something.  Or was the track temp. just a little too hot for that tire?

The riders were saying the rears were breaking traction on the straightaways.  Jorge could only use 80% power.  Since the consensus is that Rossi has less riding skill that Jorge or Marc, then he has to be cheating.  :evil:

I wonder if Jorge is reconsidering his move to Ducati since it seems the advantage they have in power is causing problems with the rear tires staying together.  If the Yamaha is spinning the tires I'm sure the Ducati is even worse.  Of course Michelin has a year to fix the issue but it has to prey on the mind.

Honda racers had slipping rear tires too so it didn't matter what brand bike you were on, but Rossi seemed to not have any issues.  :huh:

In all the laps, bar one, Lorenzo had been faster than Rossi on the straightway, so Rossi was using less power, so saving more the tyres, than him.

wait?  You're saying Rossi was winning because of talent? 

I thought the guy only won because of dumb luck and dirty riding?  It sounds like the guy has some racecraft and strategy left in him despite being over the hill.
