Same here, I just checked with my credit card co. they issued 2 refunds refund for $34.10, and they dont want the 4 quarts of oil back.
weird, but I guess they are just cutting their losses, since they refunded the purchase, they cant be "dogged" through Amazon to fulfill the order  of 24qt @ $2.85 /qt shipped!  24 quarts at 17.05 =$409.  $409- $68.20=$340.80 
Kinda like an "out of court settlement" I guess... :grin:
