Need to sell my Norge
« on: June 23, 2016, 07:21:01 AM »
Due to reasons I would not wish to go into here Selling my bike is a likely option.  I have had it in the swap meet section and keep reducing the price.  If someone does not want the Corbin saddle Price can be reduced.
Anyone want to make a sane offer I would be willing to consider I am open. I would prefer not to ship mostly because I prefer someone make a solid decision by seeing the bike.  The bike is not hiding any flaws, I work at the dealer, if something was wrong I would fix it.
Fly and rides are possible. If you want new tires I could do at cost.

Sorry you have to sell, Walter.  Looks like a very well optioned bike in great condition.

The Norge does not get the widespread love I believe it deserves.  After owning it I easily find fault with bikes that seem less connected with the road. From the day I brought it home it has been a very intuitive bike to ride.

Sorry to hear you have to sell the Norge Waltr.  I agree that the bike doesn't get the recognition it deserves and love my 2012.  If you were selling 2 years ago (when I bought mine) I'd have grabbed this up in an instant.  Very nice looking bike.

Anyway, I bough mine new from a different central PA dealer and to be honest I'm not sure how much I trust their service department.  It doesn't inspire confidence when the service manager says "Yeah we sell these bikes, but hardy ever work on them"   How's the service department at the place you work?  Do the mechanics have years of experience working on Guzzi's under their belt?   Harrisburg is almost 2 hours from where I live, but I'd make the trip for quality work.

Oh, if you visit Europa Macchina (where he works), you won't have to ask this question . . .

Phenomenal, outstanding place. I'm not saying you could EAT off the service department floor, but I would say you could walk barefoot there.

Thanks cookiemech.  It's good to hear opinions they are a competent place.  If I end up going over there I'll make sure to wipe off my riding boots before going inside  :cheesy:
