TDY to Salt Lake City UT

It seems I have been temporarily assigned to the ADM Salt Lake City sweetener  plant.  I am assigned from 23 May until June 6 2016.  PMemorial Dayar for the course, I'll be TDY during a major holiday, Memorial Day.   Last year I was in Langhorne PA last year for Labor Day. 

Are there any members in the SLC area?  If so what would you recommend for things to do over Memorial Day in the area?   I'll probably arrange for a seat of wheels while I'm assigned out there.

Steven Seftel runs Rootsman Restorations south of the City.  He might be a resource if you have Guzzi needs.  Loaned me some parts on a cross-country.
