8/37 Final drive pinion gear?
« on: May 18, 2016, 03:59:14 AM »
I have no pic currently (can remedy that later) but one of the 8 teeth on my pinion gear is chewed up, the top half of it or so. This is made especially depressing as my 37 count gear ring appears to be in perfect shape, and am quickly discovering that these things appear to only be purchased as a set.

Obvious question is obvious, is there anywhere I can get just the pinion gear? I don't exactly have a $300 bill laying around for a whole new set at the moment lol

No, they are machined and lapped in as pairs.
