That's not fair!  I asked about /2 front fork tube diameter almost an hour ago, and you answered him before me!  Wait your turn, John!  :boxing:

Must be designed for shrouded forks , don't think there are many tubes that large . Or maybe USD forks , dunno .

I bought a set of these for my Morini, but ended up straightening the originals. If anyone wants to buy them, let me know.

Well, that's kind of a trick(y) question for several reasons. 1) /2 forks are made with oval section tubing/castings and 2) they're welded to what would be a lower triple clamp on other bikes.

Yeah , but didn't want to get off into all of that . The question came up on a recent thread about a custom /2 beemer .

As it turns out the trail angle of the /2 forks doesn't work with the tonti frame.  So the question is moot.  Thanks for jumping in on it though.  I had no idea about how they were made.  It was fun.  My leading link quest continues.

If the forks are 35mm and the headlight mounts are 51mm why can't you get sleeves made with the od/id you need and a setscrew to hold them?  Or make the sleeves take all the space between the trees and then you wouldn't need a setscrew.
