Haulbikes.com is who I have used on 3 occasions. Last time they had a special so it cost $400.00 from california to florida.
Drawback: Bike needs to be picked up & delivered in a "commercial" setting. Their truck/trailers are over 80 ft long & very tall because the bikes are double stacked. If you are in a development they may not be able to get in. May take 4+ weeks to pickup & deliver.
The Good: Bikes do not need to be drained of fuel or oil. They do not need to be crated or palletized. They do require the key. Mileage and inspection notes are recorded at pick up & checked upon delivery. Drivers are also riders and they respect your bike.
