DIN 963/ISO 2009 CSK screw question

This is probably aimed more so at the Brits/Europeans on this forum but does anyone have a copy of DIN 963 or ISO 2009 they could take a peak at for me?

Specifically do either of these standards say that Carbon Steel CSK screws made to the standard MUST be Zinc plated?

I'd be grateful as the circular argument in the office is starting to get "wearing"
