That's a lot of $$$ for a motorcycle. Kudos to them for making their own motor.

And with all the modern engineering they stayed true to the Brough look and styling of the classic
Broughs of the twenties and thirties.  If only it weren't so expensive I would ask them for a sidecar model.

That was my first thought.   Up to now, Brough "interpretational copies" all looked like abortions with S&S motors.   This one is a disk-braked and fuel-injected with an aesthetic nod to the original.

I like it even though it's forever out of my price range.

It's steam-punk enough for me.  I see they borrowed some of the design elements from my trike.    :boozing:

I hope they make up their mind where to put the mufflers.  The way their website shows it, they don't know the choice is either/or.

Yes, I've seen those for a while.  Nice effort.

However, I think a more narrow V engine, like a 45 degree, would look better and have even more character.  Just my tastes.

The new Broughs are interesting, but again $60K?!?    I like the original ones better...and those are $250K

For a lot less money, you can have this 100HP beauty! - by Polaris - Indian Scout or Victory Octane. :1: :thumb:

To me the charm of the originals is the skill required to run the thing with all the manual oilers etc. To travel with one was a great feeling of accomplishment. It just is not there with this new one to my mind. I wish them well and it is a great accomplishment to build the thing. Hopefully they do not over spend and go the way of the Hanlon Brothers and the Super X project.

That's definitely the first time I've read the words "Art Deco brake calipers" all together.

I like the esthetic of the bike, part retro part futuristic --  I'd like to see one in person. For the money I don't think there is anything this new Brough will do (other than its exclusivity) that my V11 won't do.

Overall a really cool bike though -- and interesting
