If you don't count wheels and a bunch of other stuff it's 95% complete. Sitting in the elements is just a bonus. It says it was stored in a garage.

The second one sounds better because it ran 20+ years ago when parked. Probably only need a dram or seafoam and fresh gas to be up and riding 100%
