Anything interesting going on along the BRP and Skyline Drive next week in VA and NC? What about the Washington DC area?
This time of year is the favorite for small-town "Fall Festivals", like Apple Festivals, Bluegrass Festivals .... I searched "Virginia Fall Festivals" but you sort of have to sort through the dates, most of them are on weekends. Seldom anything happening during the week.
20,000 people will be in town tomorrow for the Appomattox "Railroad Festival", for example, but beyond that my personal knowledge runs low.
