A rusty old piece like that, IF RUNNING, might be $1200.  The upside is that if he likes it, he'll be able to keep it forever at $3800.   Or even if he doesn't like it ...

I had some really nice wheels and tires for a MINI Cooper. I advertised them for what I thought was a good deal for someone, and I'd be rid of them. $250. The first guy said he'd give me $175 unless I waited a couple of days, then he'd give me $150.    Told him never mind, then.
Sold them a couple of days later for $250. How can you play hard ball when you're a buyer?? You meet the weirdest people on Craigs list. <shufflin off>
