New Moto Guzzi Door Mats Available Now
If so, what size and model? Stock is 140/80-17.Thanks,
Have been running a 130 90 Shinko on my Jackal for years . Handling is fine , although they do wear out after 7,500 miles . Of course I tend to run 85 and 90 MPH quite a bit , and usually have camping gear strapped on , so ... Dusty
I'm on my second Shinko 712 on my EV. About 8,000 miles on the last one.
Which model Dusty? The 230?
. Don't expect any of the less expensive Shinko tires to last like a pricey touring tire , but they work well .Dusty
My EV has the Shinko 712 150/70/17. I don't believe Shinko makes a 140/70/17 so on my Vintage I am running a Kenda 140/70/17 and also have a Kenda on the front. Both new. I'll see how they do.
I'm also running 712s on my EV. 130-90 on the rear. I haven't been putting many miles on lately and replaced the 880s that were on it because they were rock hard due to age. $117 for a pair delivered to my house seems like a great deal. So far I've been very pleased with them, even in the wet.
Thanks Tony, yea mine came with the 140-70-17 Mensa which is probably a good tire and reasonable priced however I wanted the shinko. You think the shinko 140-80 will fit my 07 Calvin with no problems?
Yes, the 140/80/17 will fit your Vintage. My Vintage came new with that size tire.
110/90/18 on the front.
