SP fairing signal attachment fasteners
« on: December 22, 2016, 08:00:55 PM »
G'day
I am trying to put together an SPII fairing (I think it the same one for several models actually) for my Convert project, and can't seem to find the small screws to attach the signal housings from inside the fairing, or figure out what size they are. The signal housings have a captive nut in a plastic holder.
I also have an SPII so I pulled one from that bike to check, but I am not sure how to tell what the size is, other than the length. They are a slot head, and the part number is 98200412.
I dug through several bins of small metric bolts on the bench, but failed to find anything that small or fine threaded. I would like to order some from McMaster Carr (likely allen head), but I need to know the correct size and thread description.  Barring that, if anyone has a few lying around, I would be happy to buy them from you.
Thanks
John D.

Thanks Charlie, I will see if McMaster Carr has them. Likely have to buy way more than I need, but what the heck, eh?
