Yeah, pretty rough shape, looks Like a " shed" find. Not a fan of the gold painted heads.

Still, it's mostly all there, and relatively cheap.

  It don't think that is a water mark in the tach. My 83 Le Mans has a similar feature on the inside of the tach face. I think it is an internal gasket that loosens up. It's the" they all do that " syndrome!
