Eurocycle of Las Vegas parts department

When I bought my V7 II, Feb 10, I was told by another customer to check out AF1-Racing.com for service parts.
I did and started a data base.
When I was at EuroCycles of Las Vegas for service, today, I obtained prices for the same items. Other than some fluids, all were less cost at my local M-G dealer. Since freight is not in the comparison, I would expect even fluids to be less.
And, other than the dipstick o ring, ALL were in stock.
No freight No wait Satisfied customer!
Itemized comparison attached. Did not price battery at Eurocycle, as I whenI need one, my local O'Reilly stocks the AGM version.

The Guzzi crowd is noted for being...frugal.... I think what you are showing is that there are good dealerships out there. They are competitive in terms of price and want to please. The other side of the coin is a reasonable customer. You seem to fit that bill. I think you are on track for many years of happy Guzzi ownership. Just my humble opinion.

Thanks, Peter.
I am an automation engineer, for much of the past 32 years, although I have managed sales for the present industrial automation company for the past ~20 years.
My wife says I constantly analyze and that is probably a valid comment.
Had the prices been the same or even slightly higher at the dealer, I would have still supported the dealer.
However, I did not want to pay 2X, etc.
Although I spent ~$40 for air filter, oil filter, crush washers, o rings, etc., I may never use half of it, but it is comforting to have on hand, as may be necessary.
The dealer is at the extreme south part of the valley and I live at the extreme north end, so not very close, but if I need something and the bike is apart, I have a good chance of them having what I want in stock.
And, I do not have to wait for shipping, Sundays and Mondays, excluded.
BTW, M-G owners do not have a monopoly on frugality.
A friend on the Sportster forum produced AutoCad schematics, very well labeled, each wire colored, connector locations documented, much better than in the Factory Service Manual.
He sells them for cheap, laminated, but few on the Sportster forum will spend the bucks.

Well done on both posts Doc. Enjoy your new bike!
Thank you.
I am enjoying it very much.
Although we all want more HP, from time to time, I am not seeing any other bike that I like near as well.
Eurocycles also sells Ducatis and Triumphs. I had a lot of time today to browse.
I enjoyed my 2012 Bonneville and the current Street Twin had many nice features...I am even close to tolerating a radiator, but I like the V7 II even better...especially since servicing chains has never been much fun...and even X ring chains eventually need some attention.
I remain a Sportser aficionado, but for models ~8 years + old!

I live 12 minutes from Euro cycle. I ordered a gel seat for my second seat on my 2016 Eldorado. AF! was very attentive when queried about this somewhat elusive part but in the end Euro Cycle had them beat on price by a country mile. I have bought a
"Significant"
amount of parts from Euro cycle due to my addiction that includes 2 MV Augusta's, one Moto Guzzi, an Aprillia and another MV Augusta on the way. Can't say enough good about Euro Cycle!
*Can't wait until it gets here!
Oh, BTW: I think I'll ride it.
