I am always sniffing around antique shops looking for vintage motorcycle stuff and thought these were cool.

A vintage WWII Harley-Davidson 45 cu. in. D "Flathead", complete with a Thompson sub machine gun and scabbard...asking $25K, and a RARE 1915 SHAW single from Galesburg, Kansas, asking $18K, (never heard of that manufacturer (?)... thumb:

Probably a Shaw motor conversion for a Schwinn or other brand of bicycle . Built and sold for a few years in the teens .

Here is a restored 1915 Shaw H-22.  If you enlarge the yoke on my photo...it appears to Shaw...not Schwinn.

So for 25 grand you get a bike and the Thompson.. Shoot and scoot, that is a good deal ..... If that's a genuine sub machine gun then some of us can't legally have it   :police:

That's quite an intake runner on the Shaw.
When the Brussels sprout fails to venture from its lair, it is time to roll a beaver up a grassy slope.
