Cali Stone Tall Rider
« on: July 24, 2017, 02:16:26 PM »
I'm kinda intrigued by building out a Cali Stone into something more unique than it is.

I'm talk at 6'3" and heard the stock ergos aren't that friendly.

I'm playing around with the idea of a Roland Sands style cafe/bobber. That would require rearsets and clip ons.

Any clue where to source the rearsets?
I shoot people and make mom's cry- can't believe they pay me for it!

I know it can be done - know a guy your size who has cafed a Cali (nicely), he's a Laverda guy and had plenty of old Lav bits lying around. It's still a Tonti frame, so there will be rear sets that will fit or can be filled. Good luck. Should be lots of fun.
