Jones-ing for a new ride
« on: July 27, 2017, 01:56:49 AM »
Well, it seems some people would do almost anything to get a new Harley...

If only the guys in the Finance Office hadn't taken so much time to try and sell him the extended warranty, the pre-paid service plan, and the performance add-ons...

It should protect the bike right up to the time he first talks to the parole board...

NO, living in Las Vegas isn't like living in any other place in the USA.

Sorry Tony, but I couldn't live there like you do.  Not that there's anything wrong with you living there.  I know you're a regular guy.

Las Vegas has the stupidity of Florida, the tourists of Disneyland, the conventioneers of Chicago, and the drivers of Athens or Rome. Some favorite descriptions I have:

Las Vegas - the city that gave sleaze a bad name.
Las Vegas - lots of entertainment but no culture.
Las Vegas - where demeaning the human spirit is how we make a living.

I only stay here because it's convenient for a consultant to fly in and out of, and because no one's offered me a job worth moving for yet.
